1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the StackedWise mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Educational Content — Not Medical Advice
IMPORTANT: THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY STACKEDWISE IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. Always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, peptide, or health regimen. Some peptides and prescription compounds referenced in the Service are FDA-approved medications available only by prescription for specific medical indications; others are not approved by the FDA for human use. All such compounds are available only through a licensed healthcare provider's independent medical evaluation and prescription, and any dosing determination is made solely by that provider. Certain content in the Service, including protocol recommendations and newsletter content, is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and should be independently verified with a healthcare professional. StackedWise does not guarantee any specific outcome or result from following information provided in the Service. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the security of your password, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Subscription and Billing
The Service offers subscription plans including a monthly plan at $5.99/month and an annual plan at $47.99/year. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable app store policies.
6. Affiliate Relationships
The Service contains affiliate links to Amazon, iHerb, Fullscript, and licensed telehealth partners including but not limited to Shed, EnhanceMD, Strut Health, Live Vital, and System Labs. When you click these links and make a purchase or enroll in a program, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This compensation does not affect the price you pay and does not influence which providers or products are shown or recommended. StackedWise is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program.
7. Telehealth Referrals
The Service may facilitate referrals to third-party, independently licensed telehealth providers. These providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of StackedWise. StackedWise does not independently verify the credentials, licensing, or business practices of third-party providers and encourages users to conduct their own due diligence. StackedWise does not sell, dispense, prescribe, or provide individualized dosing guidance for any peptide, GLP-1, or other prescription compound — all dosing and prescribing decisions are made solely between you and the licensed healthcare provider.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, reproduce or sell our content without permission, attempt unauthorized access to the Service, or misrepresent the educational nature of our content.
9. Intellectual Property
All content in the Service is the property of StackedWise LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without express written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. STACKEDWISE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKEDWISE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StackedWise LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or any health decisions made based on content in the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and StackedWise LLC regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.
17. Assignment
We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
18. Accessibility
