1. Introduction
StackedWise LLC operates the StackedWise mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, age, weight, health goals, medications, payment info), information collected automatically (device info, usage data, IP address, cookies), and information from third parties (social login providers, payment processors, analytics providers).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and personalize the Service including generating customized protocols, process payments, send notifications, improve the Service, comply with legal obligations, detect fraud, and facilitate telehealth referrals with your explicit consent. Certain information, such as your stated health goals and preferences, may be processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized protocol recommendations and newsletter content.
4. Health Information
We treat health-related information with heightened care. This information is used solely to personalize your protocol recommendations. We do not sell your health information. We do not share identifiable health information with advertisers. Telehealth referrals require your explicit consent and are governed by the provider's HIPAA obligations. No mobile information, including phone numbers collected for SMS communications, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold, shared, or rented to any third party or lead generator at any time.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers who help operate the Service (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Anthropic), affiliate partners (tracking data only, not personal details, via our affiliate network provider), telehealth partners with your explicit consent, and as required by law.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and analytics tools to maintain sessions and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We use aggregated and anonymized data where possible.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. Local data on your device (stack, schedule, protocol) is stored in local storage and deleted when you uninstall the app.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, and access controls. No method of Internet transmission is 100% secure. We will notify you of breaches as required by law.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Contact legal@stackedwise.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Contact us immediately if you believe we have collected information from a minor.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have rights under CCPA including the right to know what information we collect, delete personal information, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
12. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
13. Third-Party Links
The Service contains links to third-party sites (Amazon, iHerb, Fullscript, telehealth providers). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
